How can I log in to My Cirquly?

Go to My Cirquly via my.cirquly.com (without www.)
Enter the email address with which you are registered with the store(s)
Leave the browser open
Open the email you received from My Cirquly (do not close your browser)
Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder
Copy the code in the email
Paste this into the input screen in My Cirquly

The code doesn't work. What should I do?

If you have received a code but it does not work, you can check two things:
1. Did you enter the latest code? Sometimes an email is still on its way with the latest code. If necessary, try again by entering your email and waiting for the latest code.

2. Try to write your email address exactly as it is in the store's system. For example, could it start with a capital letter?

When will I know if an item has been sold?

Your item is sold when it has the status 'Sold and compensation settled'. This means that your item has been sold and your share of the sale has been loaded to your balance.

My Cirquly also uses the following statuses of an article:

In stock The item is for sale in the store.
Expired The item was not sold within the sales period and has been removed from stock. If the item is not donated, you must collect the item in the store. Click on the store name to view the collection instructions.
Sold (in Return Period) This item has been sold, but can still be returned within the return period. Therefore, your share has not yet been added to your balance.
Sold The item has been sold and your share has been added to your balance.

Balance and payouts

Can I use my balance to purchase items in the store?

Your accumulated balance can be used for all types of purchases in Cirquly stores, including a cup of coffee or tea when offered.

I have sold many more items than my balance indicates. How is that possible?

Your balance is built up by selling your items. My Cirquly shows all items, including items that have been sold in the past. It is therefore possible that the balance you built up with that sale has already been used again with a purchase, or has been paid out.

My Cirquly is working hard to display the transactions on your balance.

Please note: your share of a sale will only be loaded onto your balance once the item has been sold. Items with the status 'sold within return period' can still be returned and therefore not yet loaded onto your balance.

How can I have my balance paid out?

Some stores allow you to pay out balances via My Cirquly.
This is often only possible from a minimum amount. You can request a payout via the 'Balance and payouts' button.

A payout is made based on your balance. Items are not paid out one on one, because it is possible that your balance (that you have built up with your items) has been used in between when buying an item in the store.
We are working hard to show the transactions on your balance in My Cirquly.
